Q: "How long will it take for my purchase to arrive?"

A: That depends, please refer to each product listing for lead times.

Q: "What does Pezzi mean"?

A: Pezzi means pieces in Italian.


Q: "I hate my new Pezzi purchase/it arrived damaged/I got it as a gift-can I return it"?

A: If your purchase was not what you'd thought it would be, you can mail it back within one week of receipt for a refund minus the shipping cost.  If the item arrived broken, you can ship it back for a full refund or exchange within one week of receipt. Refunds cannot be granted for non-returned damaged goods, because we want to examine them to figure out the problem! If you received the item as a gift, you must go through the cringey process of obtaining a receipt to send the item back for an exchange, or a refund can be issued in full to the original purchaser. 


Q: "Where does the bulk of your material come from"?

A: The lumber used for Pezzi products is purchased from a single location lumber yard in Brooklyn. Fabrics are printed at a small facility in Manhattan.
